Seamless process from initial quote through to installation. Very helpful and informative in terms of selecting the inverter and panels (ended up with Fronius and Canadian Solar). ESS came out as part of the quoting and measured up the roof to make sure the system would fit properly. Installed a 13.2kw system and given the various angles/pitches on an “old Queenslander” roof it wasn’t straightforward with the placement, but the friendly team did a great job including some fine tuning on the day of the install. System is working great so far. Happy with everything.

Essential Energy installed our 6kw system around 6 years ago and we just had a service performed by them where they cleaned the panels and analized the system performance. It was producing more KW THAN DESIGN .Very happy with the service and staff very helpfull. Highly reccomended

5kw system installed a couple of years ago and still going strong. Great to deal with and competitive price.Update: got essential back to install another 5kw system on the remaining roof space. Prices have gone up which is understandable but we went with cheaper inverter and panels this time around.Again, Greta to deal with. Thanks.

Excellent solar company. They installed a 15 kVA system neatly in a few hours. They took good care of our roof - it was a very smooth operation. The cost was competitive. They choose very good components, and at 10 months they quickly came out to fix a loose plug. Very knowledgeable staff.

I can’t recommend Dale and the team enough. Very honest in what system we required, competitive in price and not pushy at all. The installation team were very polite, efficient and tidy. And Lois in the office is lovely and is very prompt in answering any queries you have.

Really happy with the installation and the staff in general. The panels were well installed, and just booked in the follow up clean and service.The only thing I wish I was told about was the mandatory .9 lagging, which does reduce the amount of energy produced.

Very impressed. My solar was only working at half capacity. there was a problem somewhere. the original supplier and installer didn't want to know about it. I called Dale and he had two men at my residence the same day. All repaired within the hour. Brilliant.I can't recommend them strong enough.
