We want to reassure all our customers that we are actively monitoring and managing these unprecedented circumstances to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees and customers.
For this reason, we have made considerable changes to the way we are currently operating as a business to ensure we can continue to maintain and deliver our high standards of service that you rightfully expect and get from us and address your needs, while at the same time protecting the health and safety of our dedicated employees.
These include working from home, for all staff who are able to do so, restricting all but essential travel and limiting internal meetings only to those that are absolutely necessary.
All our staff are checked on a daily basis to ensure they do not have any symptoms of the virus. Any staff member that shows signs of COVID-19 symptoms are NOT allowed to work and are instructed to self-isolate until cleared by their doctor.
All staff regularly wash their hands and/or use handwash santiser when they are not able to wash their hands.
We eliminate or limit all contact between our staff and our customers as far as possible.
We are keeping our colleagues aware and informed of the changing advice from the government and health authorities, and any change in procedures being implemented as a result.
We are well prepared and doing everything we can to protect our employees and ensure we can continue to service our customers during this challenging time.
